Central AC, Heat Pumps & Light Commercial HVAC
We are here for any of your heating and cooling needs. We can provide you with a wide range of models for anything from Central AC and Heat Pumps, to light Commercial AC. We offer year-round maintenance and servicing. Our model selections are top of the line, coupled with multiple speed compressors.
Our Rooftop units (RTU), also known as Air Handling Units (AHU), usually connect to a ductwork and ventilation system that distributes conditioned air from outside through the building. Our Exhaust Fans are a mechanical ventilation device which, when connected to the exterior of the house, draws out stale, impure and very humid air, thereby improving the quality of indoor air. On average, a person inhales about 14,000 litres of air every day, and the presence of contaminants in this air can negatively affect your health.
A heat pump is an air conditioning system that can also provide you with heating, using much less energy to relocate the heat then it would to create it. A heat pump removes heat from the cold air outdoors and relocates it within your home/building. It has a valve that reverses 4 ways, creating a way for the unit to switch from a heating mode to cooling. When it is warm outside, it reverses directions and extracts the heat from the home/building.
Our regular maintenance services include washing the condensers of outdoor units, the cleaning of indoor coils, component inspections, and filter replacement every 3 months. We also offer the replacement of an old thermostats with a programmable or smart technology thermostat, which make it easy to control the temperature of your home, and help you save money and energy. When your unit is properly maintained it will last you 10-15 years on average. Space heating and cooling account for almost half of a home’s energy use, while water heating accounts for 18%, making these some of the largest energy expenses in any home.
Mini splits are easy to install as there is no additional duct work required. Here are some of the primary features of a mini-split installation:
- Condensing unit placed outside, piping run to indoor unit (wall, floor mount)
- Can get just air conditioning for 1 zone or a heat pump system with multiple zones
- Lower installation costs
- Greater control over individual room temps
- Lower cost on electrical bills if using base board heat
- Eliminate need for ductwork
- Easy maintenance
- Variety of indoor unit styles
- High energy efficiencies
- Quiet operation
- Duct losses can be as much as 30% of energy consumption.
- User friendly controls
- Convenience stores
- Fast Food Restaurants
- New Construction sites
- Older homes
- Computer rooms
We look forward to helping you when:
