Justin started Rep-Air with nothing but a toolbox, a Red Seal ticket, and a drive to build something real. Now as Founder and CEO, with over 15 years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience, he’s just as comfortable on a rooftop as he is in a business meeting.
A devoted husband and father of two, Justin is solutions-focused, straightforward, and always thinking ten steps ahead to keep Rep-Air moving forward. When he’s not leading the business, you’ll find him camping with his family or training his working dog.
Justin is a Red Seal certified HVAC and refrigeration technician with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Before building Rep-Air into the company it is today, he spent years in the field troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems for homes and businesses across BC.
Known for his straightforward, solutions-first approach, Justin takes pride in helping customers understand their options and choose the system that’s the best long-term fit. Whether he’s fine-tuning a rooftop unit or designing a custom comfort solution, his goal is always the same, quality work done right the first time.

We’re proud to introduce Justin McIntyre, not just as the Founder and CEO of Rep-Air Heating & Cooling, but as the driving force who built this company from the ground up.
Justin’s journey began right out of high school when he enrolled in BCIT’s Refrigeration Foundations program. From working on grocery store refrigeration to large-scale HVAC installations, he mastered his trade through hands-on experience, earning his Red Seal certification and a reputation for precision and quality.
But Justin’s real leap came when he decided to carve his own path. With no customers, no name, and nothing but determination, he launched Rep-Air Heating and Cooling, a decision rooted in independence, resourcefulness, and the belief that challenges are just opportunities in disguise.
As CEO, Justin’s focus is clear:
- Leading sales with a results-driven mindset
- Overseeing operations to ensure top-tier quality
- Building lasting customer relationships over quick wins
- Refusing to cut corners, ever
What sets him apart isn’t just his technical expertise, it’s his leadership style. Justin leads by example, with a no-nonsense approach grounded in accountability, personal responsibility, and continuous self-improvement.
Outside of work, you’ll find Justin with his kids, or training his German Shepherd in IGP. And while awards and recognition aren’t his motivators, the legacy he’s building for his family and his team is more valuable than any trophy.
