The Leaders Behind Rep-Air
Justin McIntyre
Founder & CEO
Justin started Rep-Air with nothing but a toolbox, a Red Seal ticket, and a drive to build something real. Now as Founder and CEO, with over 15 years of hands-on heating, cooling, and refrigeration experience, he's just as comfortable on a rooftop as he is in a business meeting. Before building Rep-Air into the company it is today, he spent years in the field troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems for homes and businesses across BC. Known for his straightforward, solutions-first approach, Justin takes pride in helping customers understand their options and choose the system that's the best long-term fit. A devoted husband and father of two, Justin is solutions-focused and always thinking ten steps ahead to keep Rep-Air moving forward. When he's not leading the business, you'll find him camping with his family or training his working dog.
Trish Hudson
Vice President
Trish is the engine behind Rep-Air's growth, culture, and customer experience. With 35 years of leadership experience (including 25 in sales, 15 in operations, and 10 in marketing) she's all about building strong teams, streamlining systems, and creating a place where people love to work and customers love to call. At Rep-Air, Trish focuses on driving profitable revenue growth, building a united and goal-driven team, fostering a culture of curious learning, and ensuring customer excellence at every touchpoint. Her leadership style: fair, firm, and friendly. Outside of work, you'll often find her with her dog Lytton (our unofficial office mascot), meandering through the forest, enjoying live music, or sharing a great meal with friends who feel like family.
Marek Borucki
Director of Sales
Marek joins Rep-Air with a strong background in strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, and team building across the construction and mechanical industries. Reporting to Vice President Trish Hudson, he's focused on expanding our impact across the Fraser Valley and beyond. His focus areas include sales process development and performance tracking, building a dynamic and accountable sales team, creating sales tools and training systems that scale, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. What sets Marek apart is his mindset; he's not just here to grow numbers, he's here to grow people. With two young kids at home and a deep love for dogs, he understands the importance of building a business that balances performance with purpose.
Ryan Roch
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA) with extensive experience in both industry and public practice. He works closely with Rep-Air's leadership team on financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and operational controls, bringing deep knowledge of ERP systems and a proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments. Raised on a locally owned cattle ranch in BC's interior, Ryan learned early the value of hard work, perseverance, and common sense. That upbringing, paired with his history in locally owned businesses, drives his passion for delivering value-added services that help companies thrive. When he's not immersed in numbers and strategy, you'll find Ryan enjoying time with family and friends or pursuing hobbies like ceramic pottery, gardening, travel, volunteering, and farming.
