Widely known throughout the Fraser Valley as “Chef Dez,” Dez built a long-standing reputation as a Red Seal Chef, celebrity chef figure, and author of 10 books. But after years of long hours in the kitchen took a toll on his knees — ultimately leading to a knee replacement in 2025 — he knew it was time for a career change.

Chantelle is our dispatcher, she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling appointments to coordinating technicians, she ensures every customer experience is organized, timely, and stress-free. She is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, she plays a key role in delivering the reliable service Rep-Air is known for.

Gina Talarico is Rep-Air’s contract marketing agent and executive admin support

Brittany is one of the friendly voices helping keep things running smoothly at Rep-Air Heating & Cooling.

Colin R is one of the most versatile technicians in the industry, with over 25 years in the trades and Journeyman-level certifications in Plumbing, Gas Fitting, and Hydronics.

Brayden brings a deep understanding of what it takes to get the job done right.

Robin has recently been promoted to install technician, working toward his Journeyman ticket.

Graham brings over 7 years of HVAC experience to the Rep-Air team, along with a strong background in the skilled trades.

Master Electrician which is equivalent to a Red Seal in the electrical world, with 14 years in the trade.

Shahin has been working in the HVAC industry for the past 4–5 years and enjoys getting hands-on with new projects and learning something new every day.

Gavin is one of Rep-Air’s newest apprentices and brings an eagerness to learn and a love for hands-on work to every job. With seven siblings, he’s no stranger to teamwork, or a bit of chaos, which makes him a natural fit for our fast-paced environment.

Jase recently completed his HVAC Foundations course and is eager to jump into the field.
