Ryan Roch is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA) with extensive experience in both industry and public practice. He works closely with Rep-Air’s leadership team on financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and operational controls, bringing a deep knowledge of ERP systems and a proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments.

Raised on a family-owned cattle ranch in BC’s interior, Ryan learned early the value of hard work, perseverance, and common sense. That upbringing, paired with his history in family-owned businesses, drives his passion for delivering value-added services that help companies thrive.

When he’s not immersed in numbers and strategy, you’ll find Ryan enjoying time with family and friends or pursuing hobbies like ceramic pottery, gardening, travel, volunteering, and farming.
