Trish is the engine behind Rep-Air’s growth, culture, and customer experience. With 35 years of leadership experience, including 25 in sales, 15 in operations, and 10 in marketing, she’s all about building strong teams, streamlining systems, and creating a place where people love to work and customers love to call.

Passionate about people and detail-driven, Trish believes business should be equal parts excellence and heart. Outside of work, you’ll often find her with her dog Lytton (our unofficial office mascot), meandering through the forest, enjoying live music, or sharing a great meal with friends who feel like family. She loves flowers, chocolate, cold white wine, and the kind of loyalty that runs deep. And yes, she thinks she’s funny, which might be even funnier than the jokes themselves and we love it!

With a career spanning food service, equipment management, manufacturing, and now HVAC, Trish brings a rare mix of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and customer-first thinking. Her leadership roots trace back to Sysco, where she honed her skills in sales, marketing, and operational excellence, skills she’s brought to every role since.

At Rep-Air, Trish is focused on:

Trish is often with her dog Lytton, one of Rep-Air’s unofficial mascots, and outside the office she enjoys gardening, cooking, live music, and time with friends.
